The Client:
Our client is a highly focussed provider of recruitment solutions to the Manufacturing sector. Established in 1998, they are a highly professional and effective recruitment service to be delivered in a down to earth manner.
They offer a bespoke recruitment service throughout the North of England and Midlands. As specialists within Manufacturing, our client can source a wide range of Engineering, Supply Chain and Operational Professionals within the Capital Equipment, Automotive, Aerospace, Food, FMCG/Process, Scientific and Pharmaceutical sectors.
The Recruitment Brief:
The role involves both hands on recruitment consultancy as well as the day-to-day supervision and motivation of a team of resourcing consultants. Working closely with the Operations Director to drive the team to meet and exceed daily and weekly objectives, and to ensure quality and timely service delivery to clients. You will also be acting as a resourcing consultant on one to two Retained/Exclusive assignments per month, as well as speculating on the contingency market at every given opportunity through proven marketing techniques.
The Person Spec:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional, who has previous experience in supervising other consultants as well as being happy to remain hands on as a biller in part. Previous exposure to manufacturing recruitment would be ideal. Working within a fast paced sales environment, you'll need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed, along with strong management skills.
